This notice explains the information this website collects when you request a consultation, how attribution data is handled during your browser session, and the services involved in lead delivery and booking.

Information collected with a consultation request

Our forms collect your name, email, referral source, and message. The contact form also asks for your phone number, company name, website, company size, positions to fill, and optional referral details. These details are included in the consultation request sent to ACR. It also contains an anti-spam honeypot field; submissions that fill that field are ignored rather than delivered.

During the browser session, the site stores first-touch UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term values; one advertising click identifier from gclid, msclkid or fbclid; the referrer; landing page; query-free pages visited; and a session start time used to calculate session duration. External referrers are reduced to their origin, and stored page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. This attribution is held in session storage and is included when you submit the form.

ACR analytics and lead delivery

This site loads the ACR tracker and sends analytics through a first-party collection path to ACR. On form submission, the form fields, session attribution and form source are sent to ACR's lead endpoint. After that endpoint confirms acceptance, the browser asks the ACR tracker to record a lead using the submitted name, email and form source.

OnceHub booking

After an accepted consultation request, the booking page embeds a calendar provided by OnceHub. If you use that calendar, information you enter in the embedded calendar is sent to OnceHub to schedule the call. The booking page is also accessible directly.

Correction and deletion requests

You may ask for consultation-request information to be corrected or deleted through the site's contact form.

Retention and international handling

Session attribution remains in browser session storage for the current session. ACR and OnceHub receive data as described above. This notice does not state a retention period, processing location, or international-transfer safeguard that has not been approved by the site operator.
